What We Do  

Strategic Management
 
Strategic management is taking the traditional approach of Owner’s Representation to the next level by not only incorporating the newest technologies, practices, and market factors; but by using a correct sustainable approach.
 
Strategic Management Services Can Include the Following:
 
Sustainable Advisor
Assist in the development of a sustainable program to establish the parameters for technical analysis and identification of appropriate and cost effective sustainable building measures, materials, and products for the project.

Systems Consulting
Provide insight and knowledge to guide team members to provide the best design, implementation, and operation of underfloor air distribution (UFAD) and other systems such as daylighting control, sound masking, etc.

Commissioning

Act as the owners agent to ensure that the project elements are installed and working per the documents and specifications developed.  Typically, only mechanical systems are commissioned.  This can be extended to include electrical, enclosure, life safety, and other key systems.

Security
Assist and coordinate with security vendor for project requirements.

Operations and Maintenance

Assist in the training of owner’s property management personnel to ensure that information and knowledge of systems is transferred in whole.

IT Management

Assist and coordinate with IT vendors for the project and prospective tenants.


Transition Management
Develop and manage a comprehensive transition plan to ensure that every successful project ends with a comprehensive and well coordinated move for the end user.
 
Move Management
Develop, manage, and assist in the procurement of moving services for the end user from their existing offices.  
 
FF&E Management
Develop and manage the design, selection, and specification, procurement, and installation of new furniture, furnishings, and equipment.  
 
Decommissioning
Assist in the development and implementation of a decommissioning plan for the reuse, resale, and/or recycling of the existing FF&E within a space.

Management of Energy Audits and/or Modeling
Manage and assist in the development of an energy model for the design of the building.

Energy Star Compliance
Provide review of and make recommendations about systems and “Best Practices” that meet Energy Star program requirements.

LEED Management

Provide oversight and coordination with the LEED process and consultant.
